3-story building totals approx. 68,000 SF.
Finishes included an Ultradek (galvalume) standing seam roof over an R36 banded insulation system. Ext walls are a combination of TLC-1 metal panels (Colonial Red), TLC-3 metal panel (Champagne Metallic), T10-B metal panel (Weathered Copper), T10-C metal panel (Champagne Metallic), T2 metal panel (sand stone), T3 metal panel (Colonial Red), 1” Lanced metal panel (Weathered Copper), Road side end wall has store-front windows that have been extended out from the building approx. 5’-0” that gives a Minecraft look to it, pretty cool.
