Forge Building Company’s Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide hands-on, cross-department training for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the steel building and construction industry. Through immersive experience in estimating, drafting and detailing, field operations, project management, and sales support, apprentices gain a comprehensive understanding of Forge’s concept-to-completion approach to steel construction.
Participants develop practical skills in project coordination, construction processes, bid preparation, scheduling, shop drawing interpretation, and client communication while working alongside experienced industry professionals. The program is built to develop well-rounded team members who understand both the technical and operational sides of the business, preparing them for future growth opportunities within Forge Building Company.
