Project Summary
Self-storage and pre-engineered steel building addition to an existing business park. Completed in 2017.
(2) x 2-story drive up self-storage buildings totals 18,000 Sf per building.
(1) x pre-engineered steel building with mezzanine floor system approx. 17,400 SF building including mezz floor.
Finishes included a clearstory gabled roof design with roof pitch of 3:12. Exterior walls included 12” Design Span (Dark Bronz), 32” NuWave panels (Colonial Red). Roof was a 16” Klip Rib standing seam panel (Metallic Copper).
