Project Summary

Self-storage and pre-engineered steel building addition to an existing business park.
Two (2) x 2-story drive-up self-storage buildings total 18,000 SF per building.
One (1) pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a mezzanine floor system, approximately 17,400 SF, including the mezzanine floor.
Finishes included a clearstory gabled roof design with a roof pitch of 3:12.
Exterior walls included 12” Design Span (Dark Bronz), 32” NuWave panels (Colonial Red).
The roof was a 16” Klip Rib standing seam panel (Metallic Copper).
