Finishes include a covered loading bay with a 12” flush soffit. Ultradek (galvalume) standing seam roof over a R38 banded insulation system. Ext walls are a combination of CMU, T23 metal panel (Mystique), T2 metal panel (Old Zinc, Ash Grey), TLC-1 metal panel (Sandstone). There are also a number of exterior rod-braced canopies with metal louver.
