About the Project
When Franklin Storage Manager Greg Ferney needed a trusted partner for his latest development, he knew exactly who to call. Having first worked with Forge Building Company in 2018 on Guardian Safe Storage in Nampa, Idaho, Greg was impressed by the team’s quality and professionalism from day one. “They did a fantastic job on the previous project, and I was confident that they would do it again on this one,” he shared.
The Project: Flexibility Meets Function
Franklin Storage’s newest addition is a 5-unit flex space development (4,018 square feet each). Designed with versatility in mind, these units provide adaptable solutions for a growing community and evolving small business needs, providing a storefront in the front and a warehouse in the back.
Turning Challenges into Solutions
Every project comes with unique challenges. From navigating irrigation requirements to beating the clock on critical concrete pours before winter weather set in, the Forge team worked proactively to keep everything on schedule.
A Team That Treats Every Project Like Its Own
For Greg, the Forge difference lies in the people. “Everyone works well together. The Forge team is super responsive and treats the project as if it were their own,” he explained. That level of care and attention is what sets Forge apart.
Why Choose Forge?
“For me, there are three things that make Forge different: the quality of their work, their accountability, and the partnership they bring to every project. If there was ever an issue, we worked through it together, and Forge always made it right. It’s rare to find a team that you can count on to handle challenges the way they do.”
