When Franklin Storage Manager Greg Ferney needed a trusted partner for his latest development, he knew exactly who to call. Having first worked with Forge Building Company in 2018 on Guardian Safe Storage in Nampa, Idaho, Greg was impressed by the team’s quality and professionalism from day one. “They did a fantastic job on the previous project, and I was confident that they would do it again on this one,” he shared.
Franklin Storage’s newest addition is a 5-unit flex space development (4,018 square feet each). Designed with versatility in mind, these units provide adaptable solutions for a growing community and evolving small business needs, providing a storefront in the front and a warehouse in the back.
Every project comes with unique challenges. From navigating irrigation requirements to beating the clock on critical concrete pours before winter weather set in, the Forge team worked proactively to keep everything on schedule.
